Once a year, since 1966, one week before Easter Moab in Utah becomes a capital for offroad drivers – Easter Jeep Safari. Thousands of offroaders come from around the world for a week to explore the most challenging 4×4 trails in the world. Beginners or experienced all of them can find the way to learn, adventure, challenge and fun. Two of the most famous National Parks – Arches and Canyonlands – located near Moab make this place even more attractive to visit. Taking the offroad trails that are located in National Parks can get you to the places that are reachable only by 4×4.
In 2013, during EJS, MIROMAK xplored famous 4×4 trails in MOAB – Thins & Things, Top of The World, 7-Mile Rim, White Rim Trail, Lathrop Canyon. And continued the xpedition across Canyonlands taking Lockhart Basin Trail with its entrance considered as the one of most difficult. Lavender Canyon was a pleasure and nice and relaxing before facing the challenging switchbacks of the Elephant Hill Trail.
It was the time to graduate for Maka to become skilled offroad driver. Taking the rock ledges (2-3 feet high for about 300 yards) while driving on Rose Garden Hill was like jumping in to the seven-league boots. It was a real fairy tale and unforgettable experience for her.
